I was incredibly inspired by her ideas and perspectives that she shared. I think it is safe to say that myself along with my peers resonated with this presentation and we all left with a new outlook on how to perceive challenges and setbacks no matter how big or small they may be.
— YEAR 12 STUDENT
Kat is upfront and personal about her experiences which fosters connection between herself and her audience making the presentation engaging for all. ‘Being Human’’ is an uplifting and motivating presentation that uses a unique story to provide eye opening insights.
— Ally, Our Lady of Sion College
I strongly recommend this presentation, it is truly inspiring and provides the audience with life long lessons which are transferable into everyday life.

Kat Gurciullo is a speaker, storyteller and educator, with over a decade of experience working as a Health and Physical Education teacher.

Graduating from RMIT University with first class honours in a Bachelor of Applied Science, she previously held the position of Head of Sport for nine years at an all girls’ secondary College, guiding students of all abilities to embrace their gifts and talents in order to achieve their full potential.

This desire to inspire others to get the best out of themselves, coupled with lessons in overcoming significant adversity where she defied all odds surviving a serious accident overseas, became the catalyst for her journey as a speaker. Through engaging storytelling, Kat aims to empower her audience to find light in the darkest of moments, imparting lessons surrounding ‘People, Perspective and Power.’ With a focus on the transformative power of mindset and human connection, she delivers tools for personal growth and building resilience.

Kat’s thirst for knowledge and personal growth has taken her across continents, including a two week leadership retreat in Peru under the mentorship of Nike master trainer and motivational speaker, Branden Collinsworth.

Whether speaking, traveling, treating herself to her favourite smoothie or spending valuable time with loved ones including her groodle Koko, Kat’s story and zest for life serves as a reminder that our circumstances do not define us; rather, it is our response that counts.

Kat inspires audiences to embrace their authenticity, unlock their potential, and transform their lives through powerful storytelling and expertise in health and personal growth.
